WHY DID I CHOOSE MY MAJOR??

 I'm a film production student. I choose this major because I believe in the wonderful things that can create with cinema. Also, It's an artistic and collective career and that’s what I like. Until now, my university experience is nice, I made new friends and I learned a lot, but these last two years were so difficult.


My dream job as a child probably was being part of the investigation police (PDI), honestly, I forgot why I wanted that job, anyways, I changed my mind and now I´m here.


Another option I had for the study was: Nursing. I had this option because I like so much biology and medical stuff, but it's not that I wanted to do with my life. So, I decided on this major because since I was a child, I was amazed by the process of cinema, and I thought that made movies were the coolest job. Now, I'm still thinking the same.

    Woow cinema. That's a lot of team work jaja. What field do you like to work in?... I mean, fiming, writer, video editor, etc.

  Some people think that film production it's just an entertainment area, and maybe they're right, but honestly, I believe it's so much more. Cinema it's the 7th art, and like all the arts, this has the capacity to create and communicate. Cinema affects in a good way the world because can make it a little happier. The cinema can inform, communicate and transmit feelings, mixing elements (or not) from reality. Can make you feel emotions and make you share with other people, and all of this came from imagination and teamwork.  Cinema gives space and moment for transports you to other worlds. The film production contributes to the world, gifting us a little break from our reality, and maybe, this is the closest thing that will be from the magic. This, it’s the reason that I think why my major can make the world a better place. For now, I want to keep learning for became a good professional, and for the future I just idealize myself working in this area.

WHO I AM???

  Hi everyone!! My name is Antonia, I am twenty years old and I´m a film production student. I´m from Peñaflor, a small and peripheral village of the metropolitan region, so it´s more like a quiet place,  it´s kind of boring from time to time, anyways, we´re on a quarantine now so there´s not a lot of things that you can do here. I live here with my mom, my dad, and my two brothers.  I am the oldest sister, and although we have many years apart between my brothers and me, we get along very well.  Also, we have pets, three dogs: Tony, Samira, and Lula, and one cat: Morita. They are part of the family too! A MEAL OR FOOD YOU REALLY LIKE

  Today, I´m want to tell you about my favorite meal: “mashed potatoes”. Basically, it´s a plate elaborated with cooked potatoes, then they grounded and agree on other ingredients. It´s considered a side dish.   The preparation it's after cooked the potatoes, you can put them in a bowl, agree on butter or some milk, and then mashed it all. And that´s it. Normally this plate is poured with something else, like eggs or hot dogs, etc. For me, the compliment isn´t a big deal, but personally, I like to eat it with salads. I like it so much because it´s an easy and simple plate. Also, I think potatoes it´s the most versatile meal. You can make it in so many forms, and everyone likes it.  Remember that potatoes are carbohydrates, so, if you eat them every day this meal, will be bad for your health. In my case, I eat mashed potatoes from time to time. So, we can say, that this plate it´s not too bad for my health.
